Who is the Holy Spirit? - The Reasons I Need Him - The Holy Spirit is God Almighty and is co-equal to both our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is part of the trinity and can be worshiped. He is gentle, quiet, invisible and does not draw much attention to himself. John 5:7 says: For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. You may have questions as to what exactly the Holy Spirit does. There are many things the Holy Spirit does in our lives. I am going to discuss a few of them in this article. One of the first things the Holy Spirit does is takes the love of God and makes it personal. You begin to realize just how much compassion, love and care God has for you. God has already planned your path and continues to monitor each and every tiny detail about you. HE loves you. The Holy Spirit makes you feel special.
