  We are truly a blessed people. The Bible says in the book of Ephesians 2:8 that we are saved by grace through faith. Our being saved is a gift from God and is not by any of our own works.  God has granted us unmerited favor. He continues to bless us at all times. God sent His Son who shed blood on the cross for our sins, securing us with salvation and eternal life. The Son of God manifested himself on earth so that he might destroy the works of the devil. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8. Jesus Christ walked this earth performing many miracles, healing the sick and curing many diseases. Jesus Christ is still performing miracles today through his followers. He has not changed.
