What the Bible Says About Life’s Unexpected Moments The Bible reminds us that nothing catches God off guard, not even when it surprises us. Proverbs 3:5-6 says: Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
