The Blessings Keep Coming

The blessings keep coming. It started the day she tried on her wedding dress. I was there in support. Afterwards, the entire group decided to get a bite to eat. In my purse, I had seventy cents and on my card, I had three dollars plus some change.

Upon arrival to the restaurant, we were greeted and seated by the waitress. While checking out the menu, I wondered what I could order that would not be over the bit of money I had in my purse. I could play it safe by ordering a pop or coffee. Hmmm,...

The waitress appeared as the group was discussing what they were going to order. Since they served breakfast, lunch and dinner, I asked for a side order of toast. The group suggested I get the french toast, which was waaay out of my budget. But, I said, OK and ordered it.

All along, I had been praying in my head for the LORD to help me. When the food came, I prayed for the group, thanking God for our meal. We all enjoyed ourselves. They even tasted some of my french toast.

Now, bill time had arrived. I kept praying inside; not knowing what I was going to do, and not wanting to be a burden. The waitress asked how we wanted to split the bill. The beautiful bride to be spoke up first and said she would be paying for me and herself. What a big relief that was! In my head, I said a big,

THANK YOU LORD

Wait! There's More..

That following week, there was another scheduled event. It was a family birthday event, given at a $$ steak house restaurant. The LORD blessed me with the funds to attend in advance. I even order dessert, not worrying about the final cost of the bill. I knew that our Heavenly Father had taken care of everything.

Matthew 6:25 says:

Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

Wait! There's More...

Two days later, I receive two email notices that one of my bills had been miraculously paid and money was funded to me on my card. The amount given altogether, was more than the money spent at the $$ restaurant! With the added funds, a few other bills were able to be paid as well.

I am overjoyed and ever so grateful for the LORD being in my life.

I thank, pray, honor and praise HIM for all things. Sometimes, situations come up in our lives where we don't know what to do, or how we're going to make it through.

But, the LORD knows! He loves and cares about every detail in our lives.

He even knows the number of hairs we have on our head.

Our Hairs Are Numbered

But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. -
Matthew 10:30

But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. - Luke 12:7

The LORD is with us always! He has already paved our way.

The LORD is trustworthy. He goes with and before us.

The LORD Is Here

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Deuteronomy 31: 6.

And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. Deuteronomy 31:8.

Our Path Is Directed

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. - Proverbs 3:5-6

Whether online or off, I spread the Word of the LORD in many ways.

Praying for others, through pamphlets, writing, venues, media, verbally and more are some examples that the WORD of the LORD can spread.

We all are obligated to spread the Word, in whatever way the LORD leads us to do so.

Let someone know today how the LORD is working in your life. There are still a lot of people that have not been saved; who have not accepted Jesus Christ, the Son of God as their LORD and Savior.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are are healed. - Isaiah 53:5

By receiving God's exalted Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, as our Lord and Savior, you can be saved and have all of God's gifts.

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. - Romans 6:23

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead that thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:9-10

You may repeat The Salvation Prayer below out loud.

Salvation Prayer:

Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God and that you died on the cross for our sins. Lord Jesus, come into my life and my heart as my Lord and Savior. I accept and will serve you for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Congratulations to you who have just dedicated yourself to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Pray and let the LORD lead you. -
Proverbs 3:5-6

Encourage each other and continue to bring others to the Kingdom of God just the way you came.

And to love HIM with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices. - Mark 12:33

Joseph Has 2 Dreams

In both of Joseph's dreams, he was the authority figure. In the Book of Genesis 37:3, it says that Jacob, Joseph's father loved him more than all his other children. In verse 4, it says because the brothers saw that Joseph was loved more, they hated him and could not speak peaceably to him. As the story goes on, the brothers stripped Joseph from the beautiful and colorful coat his father had made him. They end up throwing Joseph into a pit and selling him to the Ismeelites for 20 pieces of silver. Joseph's coat was taken and dipped into goats blood. They returned to their father with the coat. The father, Israel (Jacob) recognized the coat as being Joseph's, his son. He began to weep sorely for his son because he thought a wild animal had killed him. Joseph is taken into Egypt... In a world where self-reliance often takes precedence, this scripture reminds us of the importance of placing our trust in a higher power. It encourages us to relinquish the ilusion of control and embrace the divine guidance that comes from trusting in God.  Trusting in th...

Facing the Storm: When Chosen Ones Encounter Rejection

Many people believe that being chosen by God is a path paved with blessings and acceptance. However, the reality can be quite different. The Bible is filled with stories of the Chosen Ones who’ve faced rejection, both from those closest to them and from the world at large. What is the Meaning of Chosen? Chosen: Not Favoritism, But Fit Imagine you are a coach getting a team together for a big game. You would not just pick people whom you favored for a personal reason. You would select players with skills and strengths to win the game. In a similar way, being chosen by God doesn’t necessarily mean He picks favorites. The Bible tells us He sees the potential within us, the unique gifts and abilities we possess. He “chooses” those who He knows can fulfill a specific purpose in His grand plan. Think of it like this: God has a mission: The Bible describes God working throughout history to bring about His purposes.                 ...
